What can you do when tyranny prevails? How does an artist respond when faced with an evil regime? Villainy is an animation installation exploring the theme of villainy through movement, timing, and symbols such as Trump’s eyebrows, bayonets, and shivering lines. In collaboration with Meg Simon, HyeonJeong Cho and Siyu Li; we filtered our fears through the villain gestural trope to create an alchemical spectacle mirroring the current dark sociopolitical climate.
